Looks like we’ll be moving soon…. June 11, 2008

Today we found out that we will be moving soon.  I can’t wait to get settled into a smaller place, and get things organized and my sewing room set up.  I guess my plans to get some bags done soon will have to hold off a little longer.  We’ve been looking at houses to rent…and may have found the right one… hopefully the land owner will get back with us soon.   

  Well on another note… I had found out we were expecting baby #6 the end of April…. well we found out this past Thursday that our baby had died, and so I am waiting to go thru that whole process.  (     I’ve been very sad, and our girls are too….we had all hoped to have a little boy in the house…but I guess it just wasn’t meant to be.   I know God has all things in His control, so I will trust that he knows what is best for us.    I am very thankful for the 5 girls He has blessed us with.  Life wouldn’t be the same without them! )

  Oh, I do have some exciting news though… my neice had her first baby girl, after 2 sons, and we are thrilled!  She is a precious little angel.  I can’t believe how tiny she is….you forget how small babies can be until they get here and you hold them.  It’s been a long time since we’ve had a baby girl in the family to snuggle  and love on.   )  Congrats !!

 

Wow It’s Been A While….. June 10, 2008

Okay, I’ve totally been out of the loop for a few months…. I had an event the first weekend in May, and then  I have done NOTHING since then.  I guess I needed a break,  I am planning on getting busy and making somemore bags to put up on my Etsy site.  

  I’ve decided not to do anymore custom orders for a while, until things are less hectic around here.  With 3 of my 5 girls playing softball 2 times a week, and my hubby playing 2 nights a week… we are just gone all the time.  I will put an update on my Etsy site, once I do start taking custom orders again.

  I hope you are all enjoying your summer so far… we are having a blast here!
